THE PROJECT

Level4 is a Business Intelligence system at the top of the decision-making pyramid of private companies, multi-utilities and public structures, to provide integrated decision support based on the technological, environmental and social components of the modern Smart City.

Knowledge, awareness and information cancel the barriers between those who have to make decisions, more and more quickly, and the source of the data that generate the information: Level4 in fact guarantees the quality of the data from the source to the information, thanks to the use of standard IOT protocols and industrial protocols for the integration of existing systems.

Level4 is based on immediate interpretation interfaces, which exploit the user experience of everyday objects.

EXPANDABLE AND FLEXIBLE TO ADAPT TO FUTURE NEEDS AND THE FUTURE OF COMMUNICATION

Level4 is a "modular" system thanks to the different available modules:

Water-Multiutility, Public Lighting, Vehicle Tracking, E-Power Charging Stations, Energy Districts, Parking, Video Surveillance, Land Management etc. The modularity makes the integration of the system easier and allows to increase the information with the times required by the single company.

Level4 is available in Cloud version, Software as a Service or in Onpremise version with installation on the customer's dedicated servers, to cover the different company business needs.

Reporting: decisions and results

Level4 integrates a reporting system with a dedicated Report Server. The system is able to generate reports and send them via Mail to the user on a time basis, or in the face of a trigger event.

Results: Level4 allows you to carry out predictive analyzes and use forecasts, thanks to the data obtained and the simple and intuitive interface to manage the preventive maintenance of equipment (of all kinds). Provides KPI based on calculated fields, granular aggregation models and Kafka Trends.

Basic module complete with - GIS, Assett, ISA standard alarms with forwarding mail, SMS or with Telegram module, Dashboard, 5 simultaneous users (X.509 Certificate Based Authentication), Cloud server services with Google Cloud Platform technology, export file XLS, I / O Server for (MQTT, DBE.NET, Modbus, Gateway, OPC UA, BACNET)

Public Lightning

Specific module for streetlight control for public lighting, GIS with territorial aggregation, alarm telemetry, switching on and off scheduling, consumption analysis and specific trends for analysis, alarm forwarding in case of anomaly of the lighting body.

Water e Multiutility

Module for the simplified management of the integrated water cycle of Assets such as: sewer lifting, pumping and relaunching, tank monitoring (even without power supply), Acquisition of chemical and physical water parameters, spill control, districtization and leak detection. Generation of reports for ARERA's RQTI macro indicators.

Vehicle Tracking

Tracking module for single vehicle, Tracking service, Hw included. The tracker module is connected directly to the vehicle control unit and allows you to view the vehicle data with management of deadlines (road tax, insurance, maintenance etc.), the position of the vehicles in real time, the speed, the route taken. For the most recent vehicles, other parameters are also available such as: fuel level and consumption, total km traveled, engine on / off, engine temperature, engine RPM, vehicle door closing status, etc.

Energy Districts

Module for the management of 6 energy districts and 12 production / consumption sites, the module allows the management of "micro Smart Grids" able to interact with each other made up of production, use and storage plants, based on the priorities indicated from the system. The DE module manages plants and systems equipped with Modbus, MQTT, OPC, IEC61870-104 protocol etc.

Epower Stazioni

Parking

Module for parking management, monitored by cameras (including license plate reading) with access management via bar. The system is therefore able to display in real time (and share it with digital signage) the parking occupation status on the specific Dashboard and generate a history capable of providing predictive information on occupancy.

Ticketing

Module for the management of technical assistance through classic ticketing procedures, but specific for companies that operate on their own plants both with internal maintenance structures and with external operators. The peculiarity of the module is, among other things, the generation of tickets directly from the plant alarms, also received via SCADA.
